The challenge
A newly consolidated headquarters wanted a single amenity that would make the office worth the commute. The catch: one central kitchen had to serve breakfast, lunch, and an evening grab-and-go without ever feeling like a cafeteria.
The design solution
We zoned the space into a grab-and-go market, an exhibition grill, and a barista bar, each able to open and close independently as the day shifts. A compact but flexible production kitchen sits behind all three, sharing cold and dry storage to keep the equipment package lean.
The outcome
Participation climbed past every projection, and the café became the building’s default meeting spot — exactly the daytime gravity the client was after.
